Faith & family

A Christian family,
in business.

Our faith is not a slogan on a wall. It is the quiet standard behind how we treat people, keep our word and do our work.

What it means to us

Faith shapes
the way we work.

We are a Christian family, and we are glad to say so. Our faith gives us a settled sense of right and wrong, a reason to work hard and well, and a duty to treat others as we would wish to be treated ourselves.

It does not make us perfect, and it does not make us judges of anyone else. It gives us a standard to aim at, and a reason to keep trying when we fall short of it.

How it shows

Four habits we try to keep.

Faith is lived in ordinary working days.

Honesty

We say what we mean and do what we say. Where we have fallen short, we say so and put it right.

Service

Good business serves people. We want customers and partners to be better off for having dealt with us.

Stewardship

We look after what has been entrusted to us: our people, our resources and our reputation.

Humility & gratitude

We are thankful for what we have been given, and we try to hold success lightly and responsibility seriously.

Open to all

Everyone is welcome.

Our faith guides our own conduct, not who we are willing to serve. Everyone is welcome to do business with Afiléon, whatever their background or belief, and can expect courtesy, fairness and respect.

Afiléon

Faith, family and country.

The three roots of the Afiléon way of doing business.
